Your Life, Filmed treats family stories, recordings, and contact information as private material.

Information you send

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, information about the person or family, scheduling preferences, and details you choose to include. We use it to respond, prepare proposals, provide booked services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Family media and recordings

Interviews, photographs, home movies, transcripts, drafts, and related materials are handled under the signed service agreement. They are not published in a portfolio, social media, advertising, public screening, or festival without separate written permission.

Website data

Our hosting provider may process routine technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability. This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, when you direct us to, or when legally required. Inquiry and project records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, tax, security, or legal purposes.
