Family stories, recordings, photographs, and contact information are private material.
Information you send
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, information about the person or family, scheduling preferences, and details you choose to include. We use it to respond, prepare proposals, provide booked services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Inquiry details are sent to our business email. Where hosting permits, a private recovery copy is also stored outside the public website so delivery problems can be investigated.
Family media and recordings
Interviews, photographs, home movies, transcripts, drafts, and related materials are handled under the signed service agreement. They are not published in a portfolio, social media, advertising, public screening, or festival without separate written permission.
Website data
Our hosting provider may process routine technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability. This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers. A session cookie protects forms and remembers a successful submission. We keep aggregate daily counts of package inquiries and form delivery attempts to understand which options are useful; these counts do not contain names, email addresses, IP addresses or story text.
