Receive your finished film
Private delivery includes an HD master and sharing copy. If you plan a screening, arrange the venue and playback equipment separately.

I film the interview at the agreed home setting, with professional sound and lighting. The first package includes one camera angle; Signature and Extended add a second fixed perspective. Setup is separate from the interview recording allowance.
Choose photographs and short clips related to the experiences being discussed. The documentary includes licensed royalty-free music options. A specific commercial song requires separate permission and may not be available.
The published documentary packages cover planned interviews and editing. Party coverage, live event filming, screening equipment and running a screening at the celebration require separate arrangements.

Can the film be a surprise gift?

Do you film the birthday party, anniversary event or retirement dinner?
This service creates a planned life story documentary through interviews and selected family materials. Party coverage, event videography, a live screening and event equipment are not included in the published life story packages.
Can relatives contribute to the film?
Yes, within the participant and archive allowances of the selected package. Short Documentary includes one subject, Signature Documentary includes up to two participants, and Extended Documentary includes up to five. Discuss additional interviews or contributed clips before the proposal so the scope is clear.
Can we include a favorite song?
We include licensed royalty-free music options. A particular commercial song may require additional licensing and may not be available. Mention any music request early so we can discuss what can be used in the film.
What if the occasion is sooner than the normal completion estimate?
Tell us the date at the first enquiry. We can discuss whether the schedule and requested film are feasible before you book. The published timelines are estimates; an expedited finished film or event-date delivery should not be assumed.
