Filming availability and the completed film are different scheduling questions; the published editing timeline should be considered before planning a screening or gift presentation.

Before booking
The Signature Documentary includes up to two Lake County locations and up to two participants. The Extended Documentary includes up to three Lake County locations and up to five participants. Share each proposed location, including your Kildeer home, before booking so the filming hours and travel can be planned within the package.
No. Start by telling us what materials you have and which people or events you want to include. Digital photo integration is included within package limits. Loose-print scanning is an optional addition at $350 for up to 75 prints, with additional loose prints at $4 each. Albums, slides, damaged originals and extensive restoration are quoted separately.
Share the intended presentation date at your first enquiry. The listed completion estimates are 6–8 weeks for the Short Documentary, 10–12 weeks for the Signature Documentary and 14–18 weeks for the Extended Documentary. We need to consider filming availability and when your family materials will be ready before confirming a schedule.
A private draft is provided for review. The Short Documentary and Signature Documentary include two structured revision rounds; the Extended Documentary includes three. It helps to combine comments through one family contact so changes can be addressed clearly. The film is not used publicly for promotion without a separate written release.
